He absolutely amazes M.E. that he can come up with delicious dishes with odds and ends from the pantry and fridge. I've been out-of-town for nearly 2 weeks, so you can imagine the grocery situation in our house and he comes up with this chicken dish. Like I said its good to be home.

It's good to be home!
As much as I liked being in KY with my family and friends, its nice to come home. Its nice to get back into a routine. Its nice to just be. The Man only worked a half day today, so he could come home and send some quality with the boys. And I talked him into cooking supper. Yay!
