The Family headed out at 6 AM, we were still sleeping though. We did make it to church today then home for a great lunch of leftovers.
Then we watched baseball on tv all day. It was kind of relaxing watching the games and chilling out. Checked in with the folks several times and they are having safe travels and making good time.
We basically snacked all day on leftovers, so for supper Buddy asked for a salad. I'm sure many mothers never hear their babies utter such wonderful words, but I do.
Here's the quick salad I threw together. Lettuce, Cucumbers*, tomatoes* and grapes with cheese & ranch dressing of course.

The folks called about 5:30 and said they were pulling in the drive way. Awesome time. I'm glad they are safely home and it was just in time for us to get ready for the Mariners game. We rarely get to see them here in OK, so it was cause for a small celebration. We also managed to get our plane tickets and trip planned for Gramma's birthday celebration. Looking forward to it.
