More sightseeing with the Family

We got up this morning to a beautiful day, so we decided to spend it outside. After breakfast we headed down to the river for some fun in the fountain. Sman had some fun.

Little Guy got a little cold in the water. The weather was so nice in the low 90s and no humidity with a breeze, so they really didn't play for long.

After we left the fountain, we headed into this cute little town for some lunch. We found an amazing little cafe with some great owners. We wound up talking to the owner for awhile about traveling and such and the food was really good. We also realized that the cafe was surrounded by little shops, mostly antiques. Being Mammaw is into depression glass right now, we decided to take a stroll down the sidewalk, that is after sending all the boys back home, so M.E., Mammaw and Aunt Cream could visit. We had a really good time looking in all the shops and cool old stuff. There was even a scrapbook store, which was cool to go into. After about an hour or more, and we had only seen about a third of the store we decided we'd never see them all and we'd better head on back, that is after stopping at Goodwill for a look.

Once we were home, we all walked down to the sonic for some ice cream. mmmmmmmmm! After that it was time for us to head to the baseball game. This was Papaw's very first live baseball game. I'm glad I got to take him.

We had a really good time watching the game and eating all the great snacks.
